BSU One
Platform

Core, add-ons and a shared foundation.

One database; the same customer, product and document records. Sales, purchasing, inventory, pre-accounting and reporting come with the core; you open the rest as add-ons when you need them.

Modules

Six blocks. Sixty-five modules. One core.

Multi-tenant and multi-branch

Several companies and branches in one installation. Separation is enforced by adding tenant scope to every query in the application layer and by row-level rules in the database.

Tenant scope
Every query is scoped to the tenant; one company’s record does not reach another company’s screen.
Permissions
Role permissions per page and per action; two-step verification (TOTP) as an option.
Audit trail
A record of who changed what and when.
Approval flows
Stages and approval rules can be defined on documents; approval delegation.

Web-first, offline-first

The application opens in a browser on any device. The architecture treats the local database as the source and synchronizes with the cloud when the internet returns.

Cloud
We host and update it; you sign in from a browser. A connection is required: if the internet drops, work cannot continue.
On-premise
Application, database (PostgreSQL) and service come in one installation; your data stays on your machine and an internet outage does not stop local work.
Hybrid
Paid cloud synchronization is added to an on-premise licence: local work continues during an outage and records move to the cloud when the connection returns.
Synchronization
Between branch and cloud, changes are queued and carried over; conflicts follow ownership and timestamp rules. Scope is set per installation.
Document numbers
Even when several users write to the same series, the number comes atomically from a single counter.

Multi-currency is first-class

Currency is a property of the document, not a setting of the screen.

Document currency
Invoices, collections and cash movements stand in their own currency at their own rate.
Rate required
A document is not saved if no rate is defined.
Period-end revaluation
Exchange-difference revaluation of foreign-currency balances is in the general ledger add-on.

Parameter-driven regulation

Tax, contribution, threshold and document rules are data. Configuration changes, not code.

Dated rows
Each value is held with its start, end, source and verification status.
New period, new row
When a rate changes, a new row is added; the old one is not edited in place. Listed under Settings › Parameters.
Missing value = clear error
If no value is defined, the system does not use a silent fallback.
The record carries its value
Calculated documents, payroll runs and entries are designed to keep the values they used; an old record is not recalculated with a new rate.

Language per user

A new language is a translation pack, not a schema change or a new build.

Interface languages
Türkçe, English, Deutsch, Русский, Español and Català.
The user chooses
A branch works in its own language while head office reads the same record in another.

Parameter values are based on official sources. We recommend confirming tax and payroll results with your own accountant.

What to know before you buy

If something is not written here, ask us; if it does not exist, we will say so.

  • Rules do not come ready for a country without a pack. Tax, payroll and document rules come with a country pack or with parameters entered during setup.
  • Official e-invoice submission is not a ready-made box. It is integrated on customer request, to the relevant country’s system.
  • Add-ons are not part of the core. Areas marked “Add-on” in the table are opened and quoted separately.

Frequently asked

Are BSU One and KıbrısERP the same thing?

KıbrısERP is the local brand of the same platform for North Cyprus. The core is shared; localization comes as a country pack.

Does it run in the cloud or on-premise?

Both are possible. In the cloud we host and update it; on-premise the application and database run on your own network.

How is a new country added?

A country pack adds tax, document and payroll rules as a data set while the core stays the same. Scope and time vary by country; we discuss it in a call.

Let’s see it with your own scenario.

Tell us your countries and how you work; we will walk the core and the add-ons you need on real screens.
