The country changes. The core does not.
BSU One is a web-first, multi-tenant business platform that brings sales, purchasing, inventory, pre-accounting and finance into one record system. Tax and regulation rules live in dated parameters, not in code; a new country is a new data set, not a new product.

A document is not written to every place by hand.
Sales, purchasing, inventory and collections go through the same document flow. When you approve a document, the stock movement and the customer balance are created in the same transaction, and so are the ledger entries if general ledger is in use.
- Either all of it is written or none.No half-finished record, no balance that fails to match at month end.
- You can drill to the source document. From a number in a report to the document that produced it.
- Dispatch approval → stock movement
- per warehouse
- Invoice approval → customer balance
- in document currency
- Ledger entries
- if general ledger is on
- On every approval
- all or nothing
If no exchange rate is defined, the document is not saved; the system does not carry on with a guess.
Six blocks. Sixty-five modules. One core.
The same database, the same customer, product and document records. Whichever module you open sees the others' data as it is.

Industry solutions are added separately: Marine, Construction and progress claims, Restaurant and POS, Hotel, QMS and DMS, Defense compliance.
Every company works in its own data.
One installation can serve several companies and branches. Every query runs with tenant scope; permissions work per page and per action.
- Tenant scope on every query. One company’s record never appears in another’s query.
- Permissions per page and action.Who sees what and who changes what is written in the role.
- Audit trail.Who changed what, and when, is recorded.
When a rate changes, a record changes, not a release.
A tax rate, contribution, threshold or document rule is a dated parameter row, listed under Settings › Parameters. A new period is added as a new row; the old one is not edited in place.
- Source travels with the row. Each row carries its validity range and its basis.
- No value, no transaction. The system does not invent a rate; it fails with a clear error.
- Old documents are not recalculated.A calculated record is designed to carry the values it used.
Depending on how you run it, an outage does not stop work.
In the cloud a connection is required; if the internet drops, work cannot continue. In an on-premise installation the application and database sit on your own network, so an outage does not stop local work. Hybrid adds paid cloud synchronization to an on-premise licence; records move to the cloud when the connection returns.
- Cloud, on-premise or hybrid. The same application in three modes of operation.
- Sync when connected.Changes are queued and carried over when the connection returns.
Buy in sterling, collect in lira.
Multi-currency is not a setting added later. Every document stands in its own currency at its own rate.
- Currency sits on the document.Customer and cash movements follow the document’s currency.
- No rate, no record.A document is not silently saved with a missing rate.
Whatever your trade, it is added on top of the same core.
Quality and document management, defense compliance, marine, construction and progress claims, restaurant, quick sale and hotel solutions are opened as add-ons on top of the core.

The interface speaks your team’s language.
Language is a per-user setting, not a separate installation. A branch can work in its own language while head office reads the same records in another.

Regulation arrives as a country pack, not as code.
Tax, document and payroll rules live in a local compliance pack as dated, approved parameter rows. A new period opens with a new row; an issued document keeps the value of its own day.
Which countries do you operate in, and what do you want in one system?
A short note is enough. We will show you the closest fit on real screens; a written offer follows the conversation.
